Free tier accounts can log up to 4 shifts or 15 total delivery hours per rolling 7 days, and register 1 vehicle. When you reach this threshold, all your existing shifts and odometer data remain safe and readable. Upgrading to Pro ($4.99/mo) unlocks unlimited shift logging, multi-vehicle tracking, and export tools.
The Pro Support Helper lets you select any past shift and choose from 17 prebuilt issue templates (e.g. station closed upon arrival, cart dispatch delay, app crash, route overage). It automatically generates a polite, legally compliant resolution request complete with your driver details, shift timestamp, and station tag ready to copy or email to support.
The Maintenance Keeper lets Pro users record service history (oil changes, brake pads, tire rotations, inspections) and set reminder thresholds. As you log shifts and your vehicle's odometer increases, the system automatically alerts you when maintenance is due.
You can cancel anytime in 1 click from your Account dashboard or via the Stripe Customer Portal. You retain full Pro benefits until the end of your prepaid billing period, and we never delete your past shift records upon cancellation.
