Terms of Service

By creating an account, logging in, or accessing any part of MyFlexLogger, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and agree to comply with all terms set forth herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify Innovace LLC of any unauthorized use or security breach.

You agree not to manipulate, forge, reverse-engineer, or tamper with security tokens, session protocols, or account permissions.

Ownership: You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights over all delivery shift data, earnings records, and screenshots you upload to the Service.

Limited License: By uploading screenshots or entering shift records, you grant Innovace LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license solely to process, parse, store, and display that content back to you as part of providing the Service.

Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload any content that is malicious, contains viruses, infringes on third-party privacy, or violates applicable federal, state, or municipal laws.

INFORMATIONAL & ESTIMATION PURPOSES ONLY: MyFlexLogger is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Calculations regarding gross earnings, tips, hourly rates, mileage deductions, and tax estimates are provided solely for personal tracking and informational convenience.

NOT PROFESSIONAL TAX OR LEGAL ADVICE: Innovace LLC is not a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), financial advisor, or legal firm. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of your income, mileage logs, and tax filings with a qualified tax professional or certified accountant.

Recurring Billing: Paid subscription tiers are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe. Your subscription will automatically renew at the beginning of each billing cycle unless you cancel beforehand.

FTC Click-to-Cancel & CARL Compliance: We believe cancellation should never be difficult. You can cancel your subscription at any time with a single click in your Account Settings. You do not need to call customer service or submit support tickets to cancel.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Innovace LLC, its officers, developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or delivery opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Innovace LLC and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
