Client-Side In-Browser OCR: When you drag-and-drop or select screenshots to import your delivery blocks, our application utilizes an in-browser WebAssembly (WASM) OCR engine. Text extraction runs locally in your device's memory without sending raw screenshot images to external third-party OCR servers.

Secure Cloud Storage: If you explicitly save images, attachments, or account assets, they are hosted in private, encrypted cloud storage environments. Access is strictly isolated and restricted so that data can only be accessed by the authenticated account owner.

Ownership & Non-Sale: You retain 100% ownership of your uploaded images and parsed shift records. Innovace LLC does not sell, rent, or monetize your delivery screenshots or earnings data.

MyFlexLogger may utilize trusted artificial intelligence services (such as Google AI models) to power smart productivity features, including schedule parsing fallback, shift optimization suggestions, and aggregated earnings trends.

AI Privacy Safeguards:

• Personal identifiers (passwords, credit card numbers, or contact lists) are never submitted to AI processing models.
• Data transmitted to AI processing endpoints is processed under strict enterprise confidentiality terms and is not used to train public models without consent.
• AI predictions and summaries are generated solely for personal record-keeping assistance and do not replace professional tax or financial advice.
